Do you accept returns?
The Happy Lamp Company accepts returns. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery if you need to return an item. All customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. All return items must arrive to us in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $65, you might want to consider getting tracking and insurance for your package. We are not liable for damaged or lost items while being returned to us. Any items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. You will receive a store credit on your return items and there will be a restocking fee of 30% on all return items. All CUSTOM LAMPS ARE FINIAL SALE AND NON REFUNDABLE due to the fact that they are uniquely made per order.
What happens if I have a damage and/or defective item?
Please note that all products are handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly alike. These variations enhance the uniqueness and value of the product. In the event of damage and/or defective item, please contact us within 5 days from the date the product was delivered at email@example.com. Please include pictures of the damage item and pictures of the shipping box. If noted later than 5 days, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
When will I receive my credit?
We kindly ask that you allow 10 business days from the time we receive your return item, to process your return and credit your account.
The Happy Lamp Company is not liable for any missing products during transit, or items misplaced upon delivery, this also includes theft.
